Sets a custom time for Do Not Disturb Mode.
Turns off Do Not Disturb before activating as I have encountered bugs when trying to activate Do Not Disturb Mode when it was already activated from somewhere else.
Also works for setting DND Mode to the next day, and will pop up a notification with the set time and confirmation.
