Create Private/Business Calendar Events
This shortcut allows to select the calendar type (Private/Business) first and then guides you through other main fields. I never use the iOS Calendar app to create events as I constantly create them in the wrong calendar. Changing the calendar is of course possible but you have to scroll down and to remember changing it while already trying to coordinate a time slot with the person next to you.
Receipt/Document Scanner & Storage
If you have different companies or different categories for receipts or documents that you need to scan and store on the regular, this does exactly that. With upto three categories, you can scan the receipt/document, fill in some information, and have it auto-name AND auto-save itself to a Dropbox (or iCloud) file folder. You can add more categories, just follow the same sequence as the current categories. Enjoy!
Tired of having to go into your Calendar to add all of your events? Just add this shortcut to your widgets or home screen and fill out the super easy prompts and it will add your event to your calendar. It will automatically find the place your event is at and save the address to the event as well so if you pair this with the “Hit the Road” shortcut it can get directions to your event as well.
Wedding Timeline Creator
Rather than opening up your PDF timeline for photographing or filming a wedding, this tool will help you bulk add all of the items of your timeline into individual events on your calendar. -Asks the date once and passes it onto every event -Asks who is getting married and puts it in the notes of each event -Paste in your addresses once and choose from a menu instead of pasting for every single event -Pick from a list of typical events on a timeline which items you want to add to your calendar right now -All you need to do now is set the time for each event
How long until your next meeting? Want a timer to remind you? Want to start early? Want to call into it? Is it a url to join? Is it a one on one and you need to call the other person? If you’re looking for the answer to any of the above then this one shortcut will answer it for you. Highly configurable, look at the top section of the shortcut and I made it very easy for you to set it up to your preferences without digging deep into the huge amount of steps at play here.
