Since they got rid of the Random NFSW button on reddit I decided to make my own

Log my Water!
With Log My Water you can log your consumed drinks and synchronize them through the Health-App! At first you get an overview of your last entry, about the amount you drunk as well as at the time of your last entry. You will also get an overview of the total amount of drunken water for the day. You can then enter the amount of water you have drunk freely and synchronize it with the health app. Only the unit of the liquid (e.g. ml or oz) must or can be adjusted. BMI Calculator Body mass index, or BMI, is used to determine whether you are in a healthy weight range for your height. It is useful to consider BMI alongside waist circumference, as waist measurement helps to assess risk by measuring the amount of fat carried around your middle.

Important Note -> We start from the normal range of glucose between 3.9 and 9.4 mmol/d (If you want to modify that range, change the values ​​in the shortcut) Use cases If your glucose at less than 3.9 mmol/d, record the glucose in the health app and skip a suggestion for you to take some carbohydrate for fast absorption and a reminder will be created so that after 15 minutes you check again the glucose level. If your glucose is above 9.4 mmol/d, it will warn you that the value is high and that you need to administer some insulin (it will ask you the amount and it will be assumed that it is of the bolus type) and add a reminder at 2 o'clock to recheck the levels. All actions performed in the shortcut are reflected in the health app The shortcut is immeasurably better but for what I need, for now I will leave it as it is currently. Log Vitamins
This is my personal shortcut for adding data points to the vitamins I take. This shortcut tracks a specific multivitamin, as well as a couple generic supplements. The multivitamin will almost certainly need to be reconfigured based on what you take (if you take exactly the same obscure bodybuilding multi I do, congrats! lol), but this shortcut can serve as a template to follow. The generic vitamins scripting can basically be copied for whatever you take. All you have to do is duplicate the scripting and read the info off of your vitamin bottle. JUST A HEADS UP: Certain vitamins (A, D, E) use IUs as their form of measurement, but Apple Health doesn’t allow for this measurement type. So they’ve been converted to milligrams or micrograms.

Use this to add data points to both weight and waist circumference out of the box (uses pounds and inches). I use it for those two because they’re easily measurable. Utilizes a simple setup that can be copied for the other body measurements in Apple Health as well though (body fat %, body mass index, height, lean body mass).

This shortcut asks you how much water you have just drunk and saves this information in the health app. You will also get a feedback how much water you have already drunk today.
