Send WhatsApp Message Without Saving Contact Using iOS Shortcuts
One of the most annoying parts of WhatsApp is that you have to add a phone number into your contacts first to be able to send a message to that number. When you are doing house searching or selling something and have to message number of random numbers, this quickly fills up your contact data with junk My v1.9 shortcut that I built Allows you to WhatsApp any number without adding them into your contacts The Workflow is smart so you can customize the country code in the parameter. By default I have set it to 65 which is country code for +65 (Singapore). When you first install the shortcut, it will ask you for your country code. If you have a phone number in your clipboard the workflow will give you a choice to use that phone number or enter a new number You can run it as a widget or add to your home screen as you see fit The latest version now allows you start WhatsApp chat from the iOS share sheet as well Enjoy ! Ps. This requires iOS 12 or above of course as you need shortcuts app!

Hit the Road
Inspired by the original “Hit the Road” by Aaron Nesting, this shortcut will automatically: 1) Disable your Wi-Fi 2a) IF you have a calendar event today, give you event details, travel time, and map directions 2b) OTHERWISE, ask you where you want to go, use your voice-dictated input, and give you map directions 3) Start the Spotify playlist “Discover Weekly”
Hit the Road
Get in the car and hit the road, this shortcut: - disables Wi-Fi - IF you have a calendar event: tells you the event time and travel time, and shows you map directions - OTHERWISE: asks you where you want to go, uses your voice dictation, and shows you map directions - starts playing your music Note: the “play music” step sometimes glitches on the first try, but should work on the second try or if your music app is open in the background
A simple operating system i built on shortcuts. It has a few apps that i built like: files, camera, clock, terminal, web, dictionary, etc. You can also backup your shortcuts and get links for them in settings. for it to work you will need these files (https://www.dropbox.com/s/d6hw2n163r5l3ir/OS%20System%20Files.zip?dl=0) just download them and put the "OS System Files" in your shortcuts folder
